Recipes

I come from a 'fast-food-twice-daily' kind of family and couldn't cook anything more extravagant than a hotdog until I was in my twenties.  During my years as an undergraduate at Kent State University, I worked as a private tutor and nanny for a number of Saudi Arabian and Korean families.  I have these folks to thank for housebreaking me.  As a result, I can cook some very involved and flavorful dishes, but can't cook simple American meals.
